Software Developer (Kotlin / Python)

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in the banking sector. You will participate in designing, developing, and maintaining software, while collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in concept design, development of new features, and enhancement of existing software
• Propose and implement modern solutions in a codebase split between Kotlin (50%) and Python (50%)
• Contribute to Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects
• Manage the project lifecycle efficiently and maintain high code quality
• Write and maintain project documentation
• Test and validate implemented changes

Required Skills & Experience

• Professional experience in Java/Kotlin (Java 17+, Kotlin 1.9)
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Solid knowledge of Python 3.13
• Strong experience with Swagger/OpenAPI
• Experience with multithreaded programming
• Familiarity with IntelliJ, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jira
• Experience with at least one database: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, CouchDB
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful Web Services
• Ability to build applications using Gradle
• Experience with Docker (building images)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience in financial projects

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in English for reading and writing technical documentation
• Experience or knowledge of reactive programming concepts (Spring WebFlux)
