Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Collect, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Test Strategy: Define and implement automated test strategies across multiple phases to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Test Planning & Coordination: Organize and oversee non-regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Defect Management: Lead defect triage, classification, and resolution to maintain product quality.
• Release Management: Manage release cycles, ensuring seamless deployments with minimal disruption.
• Data Processes: Contribute to the optimization and governance of data management processes.

Profile:

• Demonstrated experience in requirements management and agile project methodologies.
• Proven expertise in test management and defect management.
• Strong knowledge of release management practices.
• Solid background in data management processes.
• Prior experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
