UX Designer (ID#5139)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a UX Designer to create engaging, accessible, and intuitive experiences for players across digital channels. This role is focused on hands-on UX and UI design execution, producing artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. The designer will apply systems thinking to create scalable, reusable patterns and components, working within enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the designer will translate user needs and business requirements into high-quality, player-centric experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements, user insights, and brand guidelines into clear, functional design solutions.
• Produce high-quality UX deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and component specifications.
• Customize and extend CMS components to support new features while maintaining consistency with the design system.
• Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct end-to-end user research, from planning through analysis, and incorporate findings into design work.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience designing for mobile, desktop, and app environments.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Understanding of human-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms (AEM preferred).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
