With a validated product, a strong SMB, growing the enterprise customer base, and a distributed team, the company is now scaling its organization globally and looking for a senior talent acquisition leader to drive its next phase of growth.
The role
The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and lead the entire recruitment function. This role will design processes, implement tools, and create strategies to attract world-class talent across engineering, product, sales, and operations. Reporting directly to the executive team, this person will have a strategic seat at the table and a tangible impact on the company’s scale-up journey.

The role
The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and lead the entire recruitment function. This role will design processes, implement tools, and create strategies to attract world-class talent across engineering, product, sales, and operations. Reporting directly to the executive team, this person will have a strategic seat at the table and a tangible impact on the company’s scale-up journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Build and lead a team of recruiters and external partners.
- Establish recruiting frameworks, KPIs, and scalable processes.
- Partner directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring priorities.
- Ensure a candidate experience that reflects and strengthens the company’s culture.
- Proven leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
- Track record of recruiting internationally (Americas, Europe, LATAM).
- Strong ability to design and execute end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with C-level leaders.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Experience in venture-backed companies (Series A–C).
- Exposure to hiring technical roles (engineering, product, data).
- Background in fully remote organizations.
- Fully remote global role.
