What You Will Do

• Own the Packages (bundles) product line across the Baltics — define vision, roadmap and package rules
• Design systems and processes required for consistent and scalable product packaging and provisioning
• Coordinate releases, system updates and end-to-end delivery with Development, IT, Operations and Customer Service teams
• Monitor package KPIs and customer behaviour; iterate on offers to improve adoption and profitability
• Identify simplification opportunities and evaluate technical feasibility for automation
• Prepare product content for internal and external channels and support training for operations and CSU
• Lead backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and stakeholder alignment in Agile workflows
  
  

What We Expect

• Experience in product management (daily banking, accounts & deposits or packaged offerings preferred)
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset — able to translate customer needs into packaging logic and system requirements
• Good stakeholder skills and proven ability to coordinate multi-country deliveries
• Initiative, strong time management and a bias for action; comfortable in fast-paced, Pan-Baltic setting
• Familiarity with business process modelling and basic data modelling, e.g. Power BI exposure and skills would be considered as an advantage
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary. 3,380 - 5,060 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
