Within the eBusiness department and reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager EMEA, you act as the e-commerce expert and main contact for Marketing and contributes to building and operationalizing the e-commerce strategy with the Agency.

As part of 360 ° eCommerce, you are responsible for respecting your brand's DNA and BH guidelines on all levers.

• You challenge and follow the delegation partner
• Steering: You are responsible for your P&L, you therefore carry out your forecasts, you control your costs and develop commercial activity in your markets in order to ensure that the targets set are reached.
• Animation: you build your commercial calendars according to the activity of the brand and the KCP, you activate all the channels in order to communicate in 360 ° (CRM, media, site, etc.)
• Activations, you organize your customer recruitment actions to enrich your database
• Media: you prioritize your investments by mixing brand awareness and ROI objectives
• Optimizations: you feed and prioritize the roadmap of developments
• Reporting: ensures a monthly / quarterly EMEA reporting based on main e-commerce KPI activities (sales targets, brand site performance incl. traffic, conversion, opt-ins, AOV, repeat purchases) and sharing with Marketing and business teams
  
  

Your Profile

With a Bac+4/5 from a business school with a similar experience of at least 2 to 3 years, ideally in the field of luxury, you wish to accompany the acceleration of the brand on fragrance & beauty market.
