We’re looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a growing team and contribute to impactful projects in the debt collection sector. This is a long-term freelance opportunity.

Logistics:

• Position: Freelance .NET Developer
• Duration: Long-term engagement (initial contract with high likelihood of extension / permanent payroll option)
• Day Rate: €(Negotiable & Competitive)
• Location: Brussels (Hybrid – onsite presence required)
• Languages: English & French (strong working proficiency required)
• Start Date: ASAP / within the next 4–6 weeks

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust applications using .NET / C# frameworks
• Contribute to technical architecture and coding best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Support domain-specific functionality within debt collection systems
• Work closely with the project team on enhancements and new features

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in .NET / C# development
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices
• Familiarity with financial services / debt collection business is a strong asset
• Good knowledge of French (spoken & written)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
