PHP Developer

Description of the Tasks

The service provider will be responsible for performing technical analysis, design, testing, documentation, and development tasks in the context of both new and existing projects. Activities will cover back-end services, reusable building blocks, and front-end web applications compliant with W3C standards.

The candidate is expected to apply a methodical and thorough approach to both development and testing. Tasks will require close coordination with the in-house IT team. The developer will also contribute to the evolution of the current technical architecture, leveraging their knowledge of modern technologies and interest in web environment trends.

Level of Education

• Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework (EQF), typically corresponding to a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience in developing standard web-based software using an MVC-compliant framework based on a scripting language (e.g., Angular or Node.js).
• Experience preferably in a service-oriented architecture.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies for data and middle-tier layers.
• Proficiency in coding with a PHP backend framework, ideally Symfony.
• Experience with AngularJS is a significant asset.
• A Java background is not required.
