QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- BS/MS in Computer, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Understanding of the company portfolio of products, software, and services and how these fit into solution domain specialization.
- Experience in the Finance and large enterprises is a big plus.
- With a minimum of 10 years of experience from ICT/Telecom industry will be plus
- Experience in Finance, and Public Sectors will be plus.
- A customer service-oriented mindset
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Turkish and English. (any other languages will be plus)
- The ideal candidate is an IT passionate with a strong understanding of BSS – Business Support Systems products and processes, IT Services and the IT industry trends (Digital Transformation, Cloud, IoT).
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and deal closing techniques.
- Ability to persuade others through face-to-face discussions, presentations, conventions, and written communication.
- Advanced knowledge on End-to-End Architecture
- Proficiency in Business Processes
- Knowledge of solutions from e2e perspective within the different CX domains.
- Broad knowledge of TMForum standards and its frameworks
- Change management and transformation skills.
- Project Management Skills with an understanding of the software development methodology/delivery cycle in an agile way.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Summary:
Pre-sales Manager will drive the assigned pre-sales activities of Etiya`s Products and complete the Solution Portfolio Domain by supporting the Sales Organization within Turkey securing that ETIYA is perceived as a preferred partner during the pre-sales engagement cycle. Work on a strategic level identifying and qualifying the leads/opportunities as well as taking the role of being the SPoC for the direct client engagements, 3PP partners, and/or through the RFXs.
- Active contributor to leads generation, sales opportunity qualification process and increase the maturity of the sales funnel.
- Main responsible being the SpoC for producing the deliverables of RFI/ RFPs and lead responses during the Bid Management Process, forming and leading a cross-functional support teams within the sales cycle.
- Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical/functional pre-sales assistance being the trusted technical advisor and consultant.
- Preparing sales presentations with service offerings, case studies, and proof points.
- Conferring with customers, prospects, and salespeople to collect requirements.
- Driving the solution and technical parts of its areas of expertise in the customer offers.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, salespeople, Product Managers/Owners, and all the solution teams (Infrastructure, security, network, legal, etc) integrated and vertically specific solutions.
- Development and delivery of high-quality product/solution presentations as well as building custom demonstrations to clients
- Participating in and leading Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements
- Conveying customers/market requirements to the Product Management and influencing the Products’ Roadmap life-cycle
- Contribute to business case development and present business case argumentation to clients.
- Provide assistance to Marketing Team, supporting Marketing Events
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between our company and its competitors
- Responsible from post-sales transition and handing over new projects to the delivery team as well as coordinating with product management on any new features, changes or enhancements in relation.
