Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Developer to join a leading financial services organization. The role involves building production-ready models for intelligent document processing, driving innovation in AI solutions, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, resilient applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models for content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and build Python/ML/OCR-based components, including Generative AI models.
• Create, test, and iterate on new features and existing solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, including deployment, testing, monitoring, and production support.
• Ensure secure and resilient delivery of ML solutions, focusing on application and API cybersecurity.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing, leveraging both traditional ML and Generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, image processing, and OCR.
• Experience working with open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Spacy, OpenCV, Regex (or equivalents).
• Proven track record of deploying ML solutions into production environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and application resilience in ML/AI solutions.
