Senior Network Engineer

Must haves:

Between 5-10 years of professional experience with the following:

• Network Engineering

• Full lifecycle of building/setting up data centers

• Exp. working w/ 20 – 500 servers

• Linux and Windows Systems

• OpenShift

• Vmware

• HP Servers

• Routing and Switching

• Firewalls – Palo Alto

• Load Balancing – Any Product

• Layer 2 and 3 networking in Linux load balancing firewalls

• Kubernetes or Openshift or any alternative product

Soft skill must haves:

• Fluency in English is required

• Open and customer-oriented mindset, communication skills

• Teamwork, readiness and reliability

o Willingness to travel to office occasionally if required

Plusses:

o Fluent in German

o Zabbix

o Splunk

o Cyberark

Day to Day:

Our client is looking for a self-motivated, highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to join their applications team to help stand up and maintain and optimize the infrastructure of Networking Data Centers. The team is building 20 – 25 NDC’s and could potentially increase due to growth in the company. The Senior Networking Engineer is responsible for routing, switching, building, improving, and maintaining hundreds of servers. They will develop strong documentation of best practices and repeatable procedures for the day-to-day operational activities that the Network Engineering team is responsible for.
