We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager/Product Manager to join our Marketing Department at Bilim Plaza (Beyoğlu). QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is an asset
• Minimum of 2 year of product management experience within a pharmaceutical company
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership capabilities
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute product strategies and marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and market share targets in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives
• Ensure pre-launch readiness and successful execution of new product launches
• Define communication strategies for target physician groups, including messaging, frequency, and positioning across branches and product forms
• Increase product market share by designing creative marketing campaigns and ensuring their execution upon approval
• Monitor daily sales reports and monthly IMS data, identifying deviations and opportunities
• Build and strengthen a portfolio of key opinion leaders to enhance product acceptance among target physician groups
• Act as the “guardian of the brand” by ensuring consistency with brand identity and delivering impactful, emotionally resonant messages aligned with the Brand Story
• Actively contribute to the Marketing Team by providing strategic input and insights
• Lead brand forecasting, KPI monitoring, budget planning, and ROI measurement for marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ethics and Compliance, across all marketing activities
• Continuously update product knowledge through scientific literature, journals, and training programs, while actively participating in congresses, symposia, field visits, and professional events
• Drive strategic thinking and oversee marketing-led initiatives, projects, and campaigns across multiple channels
• Seek innovative ideas and external perspectives to stimulate creativity and differentiation
• Connect diverse concepts to generate original, impactful solutions
• Lead multi-channel customer engagement by developing tailored content for each customer segment, based on customer preferences and needs
• Manage product budgets effectively and ensure the implementation of cost-efficient strategies.
