A global technology consultancy is currently seeking a Marketing Director to lead a team of marketers and shape the next stage of their go-to-market journey, enable pipeline growth, deepen account penetration and open doors with existing customers and new logo opportunities.


This role is purely a transformational leadership opportunity, to partner directly with the Country Leader and senior leadership teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and shape the marketing strategy for our Italia business, aligning with the Country President and leadership to drive revenue growth through targeted ABM programs.
  • Lead, coach, and transform a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance, clarity of purpose, and accountability to outcomes.
  • Drive transformation. Helping the business shift from a traditional services mindset to a consulting-led, customer-first approach.
  • Develop and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns that influence decision-makers and build trust with C-level stakeholders across strategic accounts.
  • Be the marketing voice at the leadership table, evaluating what "great" looks like and ensuring marketing is a revenue-driving partner.
  • Champion the company brand in Italy – repositioning it in the market and amplifying our story through customer success, thought leadership, and partner co-marketing.
  • Collaborate across global and regional teams to localize assets, shape messaging, and activate executive engagement programs that resonate in the Italian market.
  • Bring data and performance metrics to the forefront – making informed decisions, optimizing campaign performance, and reporting progress against pipeline impact.


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in account-based or field marketing roles
  • Prior or existing consulting and/or hyperscaler experience
  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline through strategic ABM and customer-centric marketing programs.
  • A confident, executive-facing communicator who can influence at C-suite level and align marketing to business priorities.
  • Deep understanding of the consulting sales cycle, and how to create marketing initiatives that unlock growth in strategic accounts.
  • A strong operational backbone. Able to balance strategy with execution, and lead in a fast-paced, evolving, growth business.
