Salary: $140,000/year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on education and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Contractor, preferably in education or healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience with K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, or medical office buildings.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices.
