You Will:
- Responsible for managing the build, packaging and deployment of an enterprise application.
- Works with various development teams to design and implement an automated application lifecycle process.
- Define build/package/release policies and standards.
- Manage versions of code and packages.
- Manage code promotion.
- Design solution for package interdependence.
- Verify build integrity
- Identify and Manage CI/CD tools
- Assist Software Testing team in test automation.
You Bring:
- Experience in a CI/CD of a large scale enterprise application.
- Development or setup of middleware components. Middleware components are defined with the following technologies or concepts:
- Message Broker ( Kafka, Solace )
- NoSQL Database ( Redis, MongoDB)
- API Gateways (3scale, Tyk, Kong)
- Jenkin, Ansible
- ESB
- APM (AppDynamics)
- Good programming skills and mastery of one or more programming languages, including Linux & PowerShell.
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with popular cloud and container solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Oracle OVM, AWS, VMWare, Google Cloud.
- Working proficiency in popular CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Mantis, Ansible, Jira
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Over 5 years of experience working as a build and release engineer.
- A DevOps experience will be an advantage
- Good verbal and communication skills.
