Intro

Beam is building the future of private finance — giving users the ability to Beam In, Send, and Beam Out crypto with privacy, compliance, and seamless on/off-ramps. We launched in July and are now looking for a technical co-founder (CTO) to join us at the ground floor.

This is not a regular “job” — it’s an opportunity to own equity in a fast-growing startup and shape the technical direction of a product tackling one of the biggest gaps in crypto: privacy + usability.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep experience in blockchain / crypto infrastructure (zk, wallets, on/off-ramps, compliance tooling a big plus)

• Ability to architect and ship production-grade systems

• Startup mindset: resourceful, hands-on, and willing to build fast while keeping things secure

• Interest in taking equity (buy-in or sweat equity) in lieu of salary until funding is raised

What you’ll own:

• Technical strategy and execution of Beam’s core app and privacy layer

• Building and leading the engineering team

• Driving innovation on how privacy, compliance, and real-world payments meet
