IAM Process Analyst – (Remote Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our client's Identity & Access Management (IAM) function, reporting directly to the Head of IAM. This role will focus on reviewing, clarifying, and improving process documentation within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interviewing IAM team members to capture and understand technical processes
• Reviewing existing process documentation and identifying gaps or inconsistencies
• Updating and improving documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness
• Highlighting areas where processes can be better defined or streamlined

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and extract key information
• Experience working with technical teams and processes (IAM or related areas ideal)
• Familiarity with Entra ID is helpful but not essential
• Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
