HR Specialist (Maternity cover)

Companial HR team is looking for an HR Specialist (Maternity cover) to be a part of our fast growing international organization. As an HR specialist you will perform various HR tasks to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

What you are going to do:

• Work with the managers and employees as a partner to make sure that all HR administrative processes run smoothly
• Build close, trustworthy relationships with employees, acting as a go-to person for guidance, support, and advice at every stage of the employee life cycle
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, handle all paperwork (in cooperation with external HR administration service provider) related to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams and contribute to internal and global projects
• In cooperation with external service providers, manage workplace safety compliance and ensure that all required safety measures, documentation, and processes are in place
• Perform other HR administrative and operational tasks to support employees’ life cycle in the organization
  
  
  

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or relevant human resources administrative position
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Good knowledge of labor legislation
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Proficient level of English and Lithuanian verbal and written is a must
• Ability to apply strong written communication skills for correspondence, reports, and other company materials
• Experience with HR databases, HRIS systems is an advantage
