Change & Communication Manager (Strong HR project leadership)

We are looking for a Change & Communication Manager to support the implementation of a Learning Experience Platform (LxP) and help drive impactful transformation across the organization.

✨ Your Mission

• Design and implement change & communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of the LxP
• Collaborate with HR, change and communication teams to orchestrate transformation initiatives
• Conduct people impact analyses and proactively resolve roadblocks
• Develop and execute internal communication plans, ensuring transparency along the change journey
• Coach teams on storytelling and impactful change communication

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in change management principles & methodologies
• Strong HR project leadership experience
• Dutch, French and English.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels and audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, communication/change or equivalent experience
• A critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset who thrives in VUCA environments
• Hands-on, collaborative, and resilient — with the ability to inspire others
