Senior Android Developer

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design and development of high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM architecture, and demonstrate strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. You’ll work on innovative mobile solutions, mentor junior team members, and help define the architecture of our Android apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement and enforce MVVM architecture and clean code practices across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and backend developers to deliver robust features.
• Lead efforts in debugging and resolving complex issues, including memory leaks, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK.
• In-depth understanding of MVVM architecture and Android Jetpack components.
• Advanced debugging skills
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt or Dagger).
• Strong understanding of coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and Google Material Design.
