Agile coach

We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting services, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and assignments.

Role:

We are looking for an agile coach with passion and energy for collaborating and interacting with different stakeholders.

You also need an ability to lead yourself as leading others. You need to be pragmatic and have the ability adopt as you go.

You will;

• Coach, guide and train the digital teams and team members to improve agile ways of working.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between digital teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agile coaches in the other digital areas to set-up and implement common ways of working in tools like Jira and Confluence.
