Are you passionate about driving Agile transformation at scale? We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach for our client, to lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption and coach cross-functional teams toward high performance and customer-centric delivery.

Level: AVP / Mid-Senior

Industry: Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams and leaders to embed Agile values and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and deliver Agile training and workshops.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural change and Agile maturity.
• Use data and metrics to track Agile performance and identify growth areas.
• Champion Agile best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• Must have experience in UAE
• Agile coaching certifications (e.g., CAC, CSP, SPC).
• Experience in banking, fintech, or product-led environments is advantageous .
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and change management skills.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels and drive cultural transformation.
