Project Manager (Riga/Remote, LV)

Responsibilities

Oversee Project Execution - Ensure delivery on time & within budget while coordinating between sales, R&D, operations, and service teams. Supervise product installation/configuration on-site. (We currently maintain a stable project volume, allowing you to focus on quality and professional growth without excessive pressure.)
Installation & Partner Coordination - Supervise on-site product setup, ensure system integrators are aligned with requirements. (While the role includes a broad range of responsibilities, you will not be alone you'll work closely with our Sales, R&D, and Service teams.)
Technical Documentation & Reporting - Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation for:
Installation manuals, configuration guides, and troubleshooting documents.
Internal project reports and client-facing documents.
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deployments. (Significant part of our documentation and process guidelines is already in place we are looking for someone to help refine and adapt them for future projects.)
Writing Training Materials - Develop training decks and onboarding materials for partners & service teams.
Customer & Partner Communication - Draft clear, professional reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
Risk Management & Problem Solving - Identify potential risks early and ensure smooth issue resolution.
Ensure smooth onboarding and support for system integrators.

Required Skills

Project Management Skills Budget & Timeline Management - Ensuring financial and time constraints are met.
Task Prioritization - Managing multiple ongoing projects and aligning resources.
Team Coordination - Communicating with internal teams and external partners.

Documentation & Writing Skills

Technical Documentation Writing - Ability to create detailed but easy-to-understand technical documents for hardware/software installations.
User-Friendly Manuals - Writing clear, concise guides for non-technical users (e.g., system integrators & parking operators).
Presentation & Report Writing - Creating training decks, project reports, and technical proposals.
Standardization & SOPs - Developing standardized templates for project tracking, installation logs, and issue reports.

Technical Understanding

Familiarity with hardware components (ANPR cameras, paystations, barriers, controllers).
Understanding of network setups (LAN, 4G/5G, VPNs) for system integration.

‍Please note: Good knowledge of both Latvian and English is essential for this role.
