Tasks

Project: Full remote - Portugal

International project - English

  • Development of new features and bug fixing.
  • Lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Symfony.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement technical requirements.
  • Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
  • Work on defining scalable architectures and continuously improving software infrastructure.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and performance challenges.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar area.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Solid experience with PHP and the Symfony framework.
  • Experience with databases: MySQL, SQL Server or MongoDB.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, particularly Vue.js, is a plus.
  • Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.
  • Experience in working on international projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English
