About the Position:

We are seeking for a skilled and motivated SR Backend Developer with a strong background in Node.js development and experience in building and maintaining scalable, distributed applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for learning and a knack for solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reusable and maintainable software components.
• Evolve the architecture by proposing improvements that ensure stability and resilience.
• Provide solutions that support the incorporation of future functionalities.
• Uphold best practices in every code review.
• Collaborate with the team by coordinating tasks to achieve the proposed objectives.
• Provide support and assistance to colleagues, sharing knowledge and ideas for their growth.

Requirements:

• Experience with SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks (5+ years).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, terminal/command line, Postman, VirtualBox, Git, GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript (5+ years).
• Experience in software testing (5+ years).
• Knowledge of various databases (5+ years).
• Experience with AWS services (3+ years).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, SAM, or Serverless Framework (3+ years).
