The Network Engineer will design, implement, optimize, and maintain robust and secure network infrastructure for enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in managing extensive network systems with a focus on routers, switches, firewalls, and advanced data networking solutions. The candidate will also play a strategic role in cloud connectivity, hybrid solutions, and SD-WAN deployments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance across global network infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Network Infrastructure Management:

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

Support User VPN configurations and optimize secure remote access.

Deploy and manage load balancers, DDI services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), NTP, and LAN controllers.


2. Advanced Network Solutions:

Manage access points, WAN optimizers, and data circuits to maintain optimal data flow and performance.

Oversee SD-WAN deployments and ensure seamless integration with hybrid cloud solutions.

Contribute to cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure engineering efforts, ensuring enterprise network modernization.


3. Strategic Architecture and Engineering:

Lead strategic architecture and engineering initiatives for large-scale network systems.

Collaborate on design and implementation of next-generation networking solutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud integrations.

Ensure network reliability and scalability through proactive planning and implementation.


4. Network Monitoring and Management:

Administer over 6K+ network devices across 550+ circuits, maintaining high availability and performance.

Implement automation and monitoring tools to reduce manual intervention and optimize network efficiency.

Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and regular audits of network infrastructure.


5. Incident Management and Troubleshooting:

Proactively monitor network infrastructure and resolve incidents to ensure business continuity.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical incidents across LAN/WAN, wireless, and hybrid environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and resolution.



Job Qualifications

  • Strong Wireless experience
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies, Cisco Switches and Routers
  • Expertise in cloud connectivity and hybrid solutions integrating on-premises and multi-cloud networks.
  • Strong knowledge of DDI services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), NTP, and network automation tools.
  • Proficiency in managing User VPNs, access points, WAN optimizers, and data circuits.
  • Experience with large-scale networks, managing 6K+ network devices and 550+ circuits.
  • Familiarity with strategic network architecture, modernization initiatives, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
