Job Summary : As a Product Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end lending operations, including loan processing, disbursements, collections, and vendor management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency, system automation, and high service quality, while delivering a seamless experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the operational strategy and roadmap to support business goals in the lending domain.
• Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and collections, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures, workflows, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with IT teams to manage and enhance loan management systems, integrating automation and process efficiencies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor service quality metrics and take corrective action to maintain customer satisfaction levels.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to align operational capabilities with product requirements and market needs.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services or lending.
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes and operational workflows.
• Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with loan management systems and operational technology tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fintech or NBFC operational setups.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in lending operations.
• Exposure to automation tools, workflow management systems, and process mapping techniques.
