Middle BA

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years of professional experience to join our successful project from the USA.

Must have

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in direct communication with the clients
• Experience in writing user stories and use cases
• Experience in preparing mockups
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Solid self-organization skills
• Technical skills: understanding of API, basic knowledge of SQL queries
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and analysis
• Requirements decomposition
• Requirements documentation and management
• Regular clarification of requirements with the clients and dev team
• Support in the UAT process
• Knowledge base documentation and mainteinance
• Set up a knowledge base and organize knowledge sharing with the team
• Play the role of a proxy product owner/project coordinator role when necessary
• Share vision and priorities with the team and participate in developing the BA community
