Backend Engineer

Plexus has another great opportunity with one of our long-term clients. They believe that using crypto can enable a more equitable system for creators, fundamentally rediscovering the power of the internet.

They are looking for a Backend Engineer to join one of their core product engineering teams with the ability to directly impact millions of user experiences in how they interactive with our products.

Role

• Work with team to build out new features in the product.
• Build and maintain an API used by the product as well as external partners.
• Communicate status, updates, blockers, etc., to cross functional stakeholders.
• Participate in RFC and code review.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an engineer.
• Technical background in Python, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
• Comfortable in moving across the stack when needed (Typescript/React/Next/Solidity)
• Strong technical background in building APIs at scale.
• Prior experience building on top of blockchains.
• Experience operating within high-ambiguity startup environments.
