Job Title: Project Manager (Expert 7+ Years)

Location: Amsterdam, NL office or Malmö, SE (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 01-Sep-2025 – 31-Aug-2026

Pay-rate: €43.83 per hour (equivalent to €91,166.4 per annum) + paid holidays

Hours per day: 8

Background:

• We are seeking a Digital Deployment Leader who will execute the deployment, delivery and roll-out of digital capabilities and software as part of our first & last-mile digital strategy. The Digital Deployment Leader is a pivotal role in the roll out of these capabilities and software across multiple countries.

Desired Knowledge, Experience, Competence, Skills

• The Digital Deployment Leader has a pivotal role in our Last & First Mile Transformation for the deployment, roll out and delivery at scale, responsible for managing the digital part of our Last & First Transformation programs in a complex ecosystem.
• This role has a strong focus on execution and builds strong collaboration with teams, and stakeholders, across multiple business functions. Embodies the values and culture of client. This role will manage the digital delivery, deployment and roll out of a complete transformation/ project/program in collaboration across business, digital and other support functions. This role has to own and drive the day-to-day digital deliverables, deployment and roll-out of programs including testing.
• This includes outcome-based planning, execution, motivating and caring for teams, steering outcomes by managing risks and roadblocks with a can-do attitude and problem solving.

Soft Skills:

• Good understanding of digital tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
• Experience with automated end-to-end testing at scale.
• Experience with creating platforms and using internal and external APIs.
• Ability to travel.
