Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer at RedGIFs, you will develop and support the user interfaces and client-side features of our web applications. Collaborating closely with frontend/backend engineers, UX engineers, and the support team, you will deliver performant, reliable, and maintainable frontend code aimed at creating intuitive, accessible, and highly responsive user experiences.

• Good knowledge of TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of related web technologies.
• Experience with writing unit tests and UI tests.
• Good communication skills, advanced C1 English level.
• Backend experience is a plus

This role is project-based and requires the following tasks and deliverables:

• Implement high-quality solutions that align with the design system.
• Proactively ensure consistency, propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, design and QA teams throughout the development process.
• Share knowledge on design consistency and best practices with fellow engineers.
• Keep the technology stack up to date and future proof.

• We use Figma for design collaboration.
• TypeScript, React, Svelte, and Storybook.
• Unit and UI testing using Jest and Cypress.
