Frontend Development Lead

As a Frontend Lead at IPXO, you’ll be instrumental in defining and evolving our frontend architecture. In addition to leading the development of new React-based solutions, you’ll help drive the strategic migration of existing Angular applications to React. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-performing, scalable, and intuitive interfaces that support our mission in IP address management and infrastructure innovation.

In This Position You Will

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of modern React-based applications
• Guide and support the migration of legacy Angular (v2+) codebases to a React ecosystem
• Drive frontend best practices using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux
• Promote maintainable, modular, and scalable frontend code
• Own and manage Git workflows, ensuring clean and collaborative version control practices
• Work cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure engineering excellence
• Ensure high standards of performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms
  
  

We Expect That You Have

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, including strong proficiency with React.js and TypeScript
• Solid hands-on experience with Angular (v2+) and understanding of its architecture and patterns
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading frontend migration projects
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and modern component-based architecture
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience in a lead or senior engineering role
• Familiarity with SSR frameworks like Next.js
• Understanding of frontend testing tools and practices (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, infrastructure, or networking environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
