 As a Graduate Analyst at Nucleo you will play an integral role in the delivery of projects. You will work directly with Clients and Nucleo Project teams, taking ownership of project deliverables. You will be part of a diverse team who are experienced and passionate about improving our client’s business performance and solving complex problems. You will gain experience across a range of projects by providing data analysis and migration services, business intelligence reporting and insights, support expert Asset Management solutions delivery, Project Management and Change Management practices.  This role will suit a recent graduate with 1+ years’ experience looking to grow & develop their career.  

Responsibilities:    

• Work to strict monthly deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate project deliverables
• Be comfortable handling financial data, maintaining precision in reporting and analysis. While prior financial experience is not required, experience in managing POs, supporting tenders, handling wages, or other finance-related tasks is beneficial
• Comfortable learning and understanding contractual terms  
• Comfortable delivering clear, audience-focused presentations- communicating insights to diverse groups. With KPIs ranging from on-site crew performance to board-level reporting, the ability to build relationships and adapt communication styles is essential. 
• Maintain a keen eye for detail— accuracy is critical to project delivery and financial performance.  
• Fluency in English is required. 
• A driver’s license is strongly preferred 
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:    

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems & technology, Business or Commerce, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or relevant domain.  
• Fluency in English both written and verbal 
•  Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills 
• Ability to explore and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders   
• Knowledge of databases and relational databases 
• Power BI, or SQL knowledge is desirable
