In a global, cross-functional environment, the PCR Software Development chapter is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated, unified and reliable software solutions for Molecular Diagnostics Systems by leveraging our advanced capabilities, in-depth knowledge and strong internal & external partnerships driving the accuracy, efficiency and agility in innovating the Molecular Lab experience for our customers and patients throughout their journey.

As a Scrum Master, you will be part of a cross-functional team playing a pivotal role in facilitating agile processes and ensuring effective collaboration in developing software solutions. You will enable our Molecular Lab network to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic solutions and your contributions will empower our customers to make a real impact in patient care.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following areas:
- Facilitate Agile Practices & Communication: Lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, while fostering effective communication of complex concepts within and across diverse, intercultural teams
- Develop and Maintain Software Solutions: Apply in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, compliant software solutions, particularly in regulated environments such as medical software
- Empower and Mentor Teams: Encourage team members to take ownership of their work, lead by example, and create a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and mentorship
- Ensure Timely and High-Quality Delivery: Oversee the delivery of software that meets company standards and customer needs, driving the success of both the team and broader project outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a specialized field related to software development or engineering
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master with demonstrated experience in optimizing team performance and leading large-scale projects to successful completion
- Capable of solving complex issues creatively and effectively, using a multi-faceted approach based on thorough analysis to resolve complex project challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster an inclusive and diverse environment as well as collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Leads by example to foster cross-functional value delivery and to establish a psychologically safe working environment and empowers own team and holds people accountable by creating conditions for ownership
- Motivation to make an impact to your fellow team members, our company, our customers and our patients
