What Makes You A Perfect Fit?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics. MBA is a plus for the candidates
• Having 8-10 years in experience, preferably with management consulting or Strategy/CEO office functions in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Insurance sector experience will be a plus,
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiator,
• Ability to create synthesis and drive conclusions within complex issues
• Highly flexible and multi-tasking on a diverse portfolio of work,
• Strong storytelling skills and support data-driven decision making
• Highly capable of prioritizing in changing agenda
• Focus on high-quality work, analytical and critical thinking capabilities

• Acting CEO Office to meet CEO’s business expectations within the 360-degree view of the company and shareholder relations with head office.
• Being a contact person between CEO and other Executive Committee Members in order to sustain and improve business operations,
• Driving and preparing the agenda for head office meetings at corporate level in coordination with business units,
• Cooperating and supporting all business units and stakeholders, both in strategic projects and business as usual while keeping track of key performance indicators
• Working closely with the different teams to develop and execute their plans to drive our strategic vision,
• Bringing new perspectives to the company through analyzing facts and figures from various perspectives,
• Providing competitor and sector analysis for taking effective decisions in the company and performing benchmark analysis to define company’s positioning,
• Preparing and consolidating companywide business plans and performing alternative scenarios,
• Serving as a facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
