The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead end-to-end product development – from concept to launch

✅ Define and execute portfolio strategies aligned with market trends

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful sales tools

✅ Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis

✅ Ensure product compliance with local and international standards

✅ Support marketing initiatives including trade fairs, digital campaigns, and social media

✅ Deliver training and presentations to internal teams and customers

✅ Travel up to 30% to engage with markets and monitor product performance

✅ Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer

✅ Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities

✅ Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development

✅ Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (technical discipline preferred)

📊 3–5 years of experience in product management or related fields

🌍 Fluent in English and Turkish

🧠 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

💡 Creative problem-solver with business acumen

📊Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

📊 Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time

💻 Proficient in MS Office

🤝 Team player with the ability to work independently
