Job Description

DevOps support engineer working in standard working hours 8x5 supporting DevOps platforms based on Bitbucket, Jira, Rational Doors, and Unity platforms. Will be responsible for resolving access and configuration related issues across these platforms. Current ticket volumes are around 30 tickets month with an average issue resolution time of 12 business days.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have

Italian citizen or Permanent Resident
Must be physically working in Italy
Experienced with writing scripts in Bash or Python
Experienced in Git user management branching configuration
Experienced in CICD pipeline creation and management leveraging tools like Jenkins Ansible Terraform or similar tools
Experienced in managing Bitbucket repositories and Jira projects on on-premises or cloud models
Ability to support DevOps activities for multiple Agile Scrum, Kanban teams in a platform engineering model

Good to Have

Experience working in Aerospace or Defence industry
Familiarity with IBM Rational DOORS
Experience with observability tools like Prometheus Grafana NewRelic
Experience in ing and systems monitoring using tools like Nagios
