Responsibilities
- Partner with product development to evaluate new product concepts and define their positioning.
- Determine if product claims are supported by scientific evidence, and design clinical studies to validate them.
- Identify the appropriate study demographics and craft research protocols.
- Collaborate with external research partners to execute studies and ensure data quality.
- Analyze and present findings to inform launch decisions.
- 3–5+ years of experience in clinical research, ideally in beauty, personal care, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong scientific background, with experience in clinical monitoring and research.
- Ability to read and interpret scientific literature; experience in proof-of-concept study design is a plus.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and ability to manage ongoing feedback loops.
- Innovative problem-solver who looks for smarter, better ways to achieve outcomes.
