🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team in Dubai. You will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end systems that power a regulated crypto exchange platform, including:

• Spot and margin trading
• P2P and OTC flows
• Wallet and custody modules
• KYC/AML integrations
• Token Launch Pad
• Admin & compliance dashboards

This role requires strong hands-on experience in Node.js / NestJS, React.js / Next.js, and PostgreSQL, with additional fluency in Python for backend scripting, automation, and regulatory workflows.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js / NestJS
• Build responsive, mobile-first frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
• Write backend automation scripts in Python 3.10+ for reporting and integrations
• Build internal dashboards for compliance officers, audit logs, and admin controls
• Integrate with third-party APIs: KYC, Custody, Matching Engines, Fireblocks, Payment processors
• Implement secure user authentication (JWT, 2FA, RBAC)
• Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas and Redis-based caching/event systems
• Support real-time APIs via WebSockets (e.g., for trading)
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and e2e tests
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines are operational using Docker and GitHub Actions
• Work with microservices and event-driven architecture, including AWS-based deployments
• Collaborate with compliance, trading, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end

✅ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proven experience scaling full-stack applications for high traffic and performance
• Experience with microservices and real-time data processing
• Familiarity with financial platforms, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices, compliance workflows, and KYC/AML
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficient in Node.js (NestJS preferred) and Python (3.10+)
• Experience building REST and WebSocket APIs
• Production experience with React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Strong command of PostgreSQL schema design and optimization
• Experience with Redis, Kafka or NATS for pub/sub systems
• Audit-grade logging using structured JSON and centralized tools (e.g., Loki, ELK)
• Experience writing tests and following GitHub PR and code review processes
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated crypto or fintech platforms (wallets, custody, exchanges)
• Familiarity with admin dashboards using Ant Design, Chakra UI, or similar
• Understanding of copy trading workflows, signal mirroring, and trailing logic
• Familiarity with API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
• Exposure to GraphQL is a plus

• This is an on-site job based in Dubai only
