As part of our growth, we are hiring 2 Scientists to join the RNAHub, where disease-biologists, nonclinical development experts, molecular biologists and data scientists from various pRED functions join together to create and apply innovative technologies to investigate oligonucleotide therapeutics.
The opportunity
As an RNA Biology Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the Nucleic-acid-based medicines team. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts in RNA biology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics to advance our research projects. Your primary role will be to support the RNAhub screener team with high throughput PCR and NGS based assays.

The opportunity
As an RNA Biology Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the Nucleic-acid-based medicines team. - Design, optimize, and execute advanced molecular biology assays, including various NGS-based techniques
- Analyze and interpret complex data to draw meaningful conclusions and support therapeutic development
- Manage assays such as qPCR end-to-end to support portfolio and platform projects
- Collaborate with bioinformatics and molecular biology experts to integrate data analysis and experimental results
- Rapidly test and validate early hypotheses to justify new therapeutic projects
- Contribute to the capability building by integrating novel technologies and techniques into the RNA platform
- Ph.D. or M.Sc in Molecular Biology, or a related field
- 3 years of work experience in industry or academia
- Experience in setting up and analyzing NGS-based assays
- Strong understanding of RNA biology and molecular techniques
- Experience with bioinformatics tools and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
