Senior Network Engineer

Project Description – Scope of Work:

In general, we are seeking L3 technicians with solid experience in network and server environments as well as the following qualifications:

Required Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of DELL server hardware for data center operations
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows as a server platform
• Experience with Microsoft Defender (features and configuration)
• Knowledge of working with the Dispel Zero Trust Engine
• Understanding of Azure cloud service integration
• Experience in installing IT system units into 19" racks
• Connecting to power supply
• Connecting to network infrastructures
• Installation and configuration of Windows- and Linux-based hardware systems
• Setup and configuration of the required middleware components
• Installation and configuration of optional RSDMS (Relational Spatial Database Management Systems)
• Coordination and execution of network configurations
• Setup and configuration of monitoring tools
• Creation of configuration data backups
• Development and implementation of backup and recovery solutions
• Preparation of professional system documentation, including necessary routine procedures to maintain system operations

Language Skills:

• German at native-speaker level
• English at least at B2 level
