Your Responsibilities:

• Collect and structure data from production and quality assurance processes
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze data trends and identify areas for process improvement
• Monitor metrics such as error rates and scrap, providing regular reports
• Support initiatives such as predictive maintenance
• Improve analysis tools and contribute ideas for ongoing optimization

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar
• Solid understanding of statistics and experience with complex data sets
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Team-oriented and communicative, with a willingness to collaborate across departments
• Openness to new technologies and continuous learning
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or comparable experience
