Network Architect

Glocomms are working with a telecommunications company that are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect with deep expertise in SDWAN and Meraki technologies. The ideal candidate will lead technical aspects of network integration projects, working closely with client experts and internal teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Contract Length: 3 month rolling contract (1-2 year project scope)

Location: Paris - 2/3 days remote

Languages: French fluent

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of SDWAN and LAN/WiFi integration projects.
• Conduct technical workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Design and engineer network solutions, including high-level and low-level designs.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation (HLD, LLD, Test Plans, Migration Plans, Operations Manuals).
• Oversee installation and configuration of network solutions.
• Perform lab testing and client acceptance testing.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
• Handover solutions to RUN teams for ongoing support and operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering SDWAN and LAN/WiFi projects as a Network Architect.
• Expert-level knowledge of Meraki, including platform capabilities, limitations, and latest developments.
• Strong understanding of network design principles and integration methodologies.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Huawei LAN/WiFi solutions.
• Experience with Fortinet SDWAN technologies.
