UI/UX Designer*

We’re seeking a creative, passionate and user-focused mind to craft intuitive, mobile-ready and state-of-the-art digital experiences.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web, mobile and cross-platform applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize design
• Collaborate with product teams and developers to bring user-centric design to life
• Improve usability, simplicity and visual appeal of existing internal and third-party applications
• Contribute to the development of new applications and immersive solutions (e.g. AR/VR) in innovative initiatives
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools and emerging technologies
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

Your strengths and skills:

• Technical education (HTL/ FH/University) covering topics such as UI/UX Design, Interaction Design or related fields
• At least 1 year of proven experience in UI/UX Design (including user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Basic knowledge of frontend development, agile workflows or cross-platform design is a plus
• Negotiation-level proficiency in English
• User-first, creative and empathetic mindset with good communication skills and willingness to experiment and learn from challenges

Competitive compensation starting from € 3.200,00 monthly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
