Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex survey data to uncover insights that support business goals.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports for internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Use statistical techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A Successful Insights Analyst Should Have
- Strong background in analytics, data science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in delivering actionable insights
- Good Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL
- Solid Project management experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Good Experience in marcomms, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
