We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Blockchain Developer Intern to join our early-stage startup, currently in the beta phase of creation.

About Us:  

FlowerWork is a bold, innovative startup aiming to revolutionize the way companies manage their operations, create products, and collaborate with teams. Our platform, FlowerWork, is designed to integrate automation and decentralized technologies into every aspect of business, from project management to staffing and beyond. While we’re still in the early stages, our vision is to create a seamless, blockchain-driven environment where all company operations are unified and transparent.

What You’ll Do:

As a Blockchain Developer Intern, you’ll be a key player in helping us bring this vision to life. Your responsibilities will include:  

- Smart Contract Development: Designing and implementing smart contracts using Solidity (or other blockchain programming languages) for our platform, enabling automated workflows and decentralized business processes.  

- Decentralized Application (DApp) Development: Contributing to both the front-end and back-end development of DApps that ensure transparency, security, and scalability for our users.  

- Blockchain Integration: Collaborating on integrating blockchain technology into our platform’s existing architecture, allowing decentralized management of assets, projects, and operations.  

- Collaborative Development: Working closely with our design and operations teams to implement features, test blockchain functionality, and iterate on user feedback.  

- Problem-Solving: Applying your blockchain knowledge to solve complex challenges such as transaction optimization, gas fee reduction, and smart contract security.  

- Learning & Experimentation: Exploring new blockchain protocols, tools, and methodologies to continually improve the platform.  

What We’re Looking For:  

- Technical Skills: Experience or strong interest in blockchain development, smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, etc.), and familiarity with decentralized platforms like Ethereum or Solana.  

- Eagerness to Learn: A self-starter who is excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.  

- Creativity & Innovation: A problem-solver who is not afraid to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.  

- Team Player:: Someone who thrives in collaborative settings and is open to feedback and iteration.

- Unpaid Internship: Please note that this is an unpaid internship. The experience, skills, and mentorship you’ll gain are invaluable, but compensation will not be provided.  

- Early-Stage Startup: We are in the very early stages of development, so this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and contribute to a project with significant growth potential.  

- Beta Phase: Our platform is currently in beta, which means you’ll be working in a dynamic environment where things are constantly evolving.
