Senior Web Developer

Location: Fully Remote, Anywhere in the EMEA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Web Developer to join our team at Teraleads, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, UAE.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in WordPress and CRM systems. This is a fully remote position, and you can be based anywhere within the EMEA zone. Fluency in English is essential, as clear communication is key in our collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using PHP, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Customize and manage WordPress websites to meet client needs and improve performance.

- Integrate and manage CRM systems to enhance client interaction and data management.

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create responsive and visually appealing web pages.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website and server issues as they arise.

- Ensure website security and perform regular updates and maintenance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Essential Qualifications:

- Proven experience in web development using PHP, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization and plugin development.

- Experience with CRM systems and their integration with websites.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with GSC (Google Search Console) to monitor websites and improve.

- Leadership and ownership of the WebDev department with full responsibility.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
