Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Location: Malmo, Sweden - Hybrid: 2-3 Days to Office Every Week

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with deep expertise in both the HRSD and non-HRSD modules of ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of People & Culture (P&C) business processes, the ability to translate them into efficient system configurations, and a keen eye for identifying issues in plans or executions at an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand HRSD functionality within ServiceNow to a high degree of detail.
• Work with both HRSD and non-HRSD modules of ServiceNow to support business needs.
• Understand P&C business processes from an end-to-end perspective.
• Translate business requirements into accurate ServiceNow configurations.
• Evaluate proposed system changes quickly and accurately, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify incorrect planning or execution early and take corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in ServiceNow, with significant focus on HRSD.
• Proven experience with both HRSD and non-HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of People & Culture business processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate ideas and requirements for system changes effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
