Service Delivery Manager – Managed Security Services (m/f/x)

Experis is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager – Managed Security Services (m/f/x) on behalf of one of its clients in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support affiliated entities in managing their information security inspections by organizing documentation, handling communications, and interfacing with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Monitor and follow up on security audit outcomes, establish corrective action plans, and oversee their execution
• Measure and evaluate the performance of cybersecurity services through KPIs and SLAs, and provide structured reporting to relevant business units
• Assist the affiliated organizations in designing, implementing, and maintaining their Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Contribute to the development and refinement of risk management frameworks, procedures, and policies
• Participate in the setup and operation of processes for assessing third-party security postures and compliance levels
• Lead and document risk analysis activities, ensuring consistent methodology and reporting

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance
• You have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and risk assessment methodologies such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, and CIS controls
• You have obtained relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• You are comfortable working with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) tools and platforms
• You are proactive, structured, and capable of driving initiatives independently while collaborating with diverse teams
• You are fluent in English and in French (mandatory)
