Own the early-stage analysis of Project Briefs the moment they arrive.

Talk to the requesting department to clarify needs.

Challenge the budget using their own estimates and analysis.

Set realistic timelines (macro-planning) in coordination with PMO and business.

Estimate workloads for IT and business teams in man-days.

Assign a priority ranking compared to existing projects.

Check alignment with CFL’s strategic projects.

Prepare a solid package so that when the Project Board sees the proposal, it’s already backed with data, KPIs, and analysis.

Support the business in presenting the proposal at the Project Board.

• Join bi-monthly PMO meetings and work closely with project managers.
